We offer experienced, educated, honest Crane Inspectors, some of which have over 25 years of Overhead Crane Inspection Service. Our Inspectors have trained and continue to receive training from some of most well renowned training centers in the country, including the Harnischfeger Institute (P&H) Crane Certification Bureau, and Cal OSHA

Frequent Inspection: Performed daily by the Crane Operator. |

Frequent Hook Inspection: Signed documentation required & performed monthly |

Frequent Hoist Chain Inspection: Signed documentation required & performed monthly. |

Periodic Inspection: All cranes shall be inspected at least once every 12 months, and as Often as monthly, depending on its service class and operating environment. Signed Documentation is required. |

Periodic Inspection: A crane that has been idle for 6 months or more, prior to placing into service, shall have a complete inspection, with documentation required. |

What are the requirements of the Crane inspector? |
| ASME/ANSI B30.2-1991 |
Specifies that cranes shall be inspected by a designated person to insure compliance with all applicable provisions of this said volume. |

CMAA spec. # 70,Rev.1988 |
Defines qualified as follows: A person who, by possession of a recognized degree, certificate or professional standing, or who by extensive knowledge, training and experience has successfully demonstrated the ability to solve or resolve problems relating to the subject matter and work |
